<p><strong>Narrative<br /></strong>This sixth workshop is aimed at building a convincing proposition (tool 5) tailored to a specific stakeholder type (tool 2). A proposition is a pitch tailored to engage or involve a stakeholder to your project goals. But one size doesn't fit all stakeholders. So in this workshop we also look into the specifics of how to adapt your narrative for specific stakeholder types. Pitching for patients needs different narrative components than pitchting to doctors or their manager. This may sound obvious, but we go into the detail of how to do that.</p>

<p><strong>Challenge #10: (115-200 min.) How to tailor your proposition. </strong></p>
<p>Use tool 2 and your persona to redesign your proposition</p>
<p>In pairs, take turns tailoring your proposition. You will tailor your proposition to a stakeholder type selected by your partner. Your partner will act as the proposition-building supporter: through roleplay, and stepping into the shoes of the selected stakeholder, they will provide specific feedback on the relevance of the narrative to the stakeholder's perspective. This process will help you refine your proposition to better address the needs and concerns of different stakeholders.</p>
<p>You modify your proposition towards your chosen key stakeholder + the leverage you are looking for = your mission/ experiment). You both do this for your own agenda:</p>

<li>After the presentation, your partner will provide feedback on the stakeholder-fit of your proposition. They will share their thoughts on whether their needs and questions were met and what additional information or adjustments they would like from the proposition.</li>
<li>Use this feedback to determine what aspects of your proposition need to be redesigned. Then switch roles and repeat the process, ensuring both partners have the opportunity to present and receive feedback.</li>
