<h3><strong>Narrative</strong></h3>
<p>This seventh workshop focuses on explaining and visualising a design-driven process to enhance collaboration with stakeholders. A key part of the boundary-spanning skillset is the ability to communicate the nature and implications of the design process to non-creative professionals, which is crucial for effective project management and collaboration practices. Using Tool 4 (design process tool) and Tool 1 (stakeholder typology), we will practise creating sessions—either individually or in co-creation with stakeholders—to make the design process transparent, explicit, and trustworthy. This approach aims to alleviate concerns, doubts, or resistance from stakeholders unfamiliar with the intrinsic qualities and characteristics of the design process.</p>
<p>In real life stakeholder interactions, this depiction on the table of the whole process also enables designers to ask questions on all stages of the process up to the very end of an innovation trajectory.</p>
