<p><strong>Challenge #1: the talkshow</strong> (105-150 min.): (dialogue, interview VIP journalist). In this format you will be following a guided conversation for peer learning that is both fun and highly informative.</p>

<p>You will get an interview sheet per participant containing four interview topics:</p>

<p>The first participant is called the <strong>VIP</strong>. This is the ‘important guest in a TV talkshow”. Participants to the left and right play the <strong>Host/Journalist</strong>. They use the four questions above as lead in for an in-depth interview on the topic. The fourth participant is the <strong>Note-taker</strong> who briefly summarises the VIP answers on the A4 sheet as a personalised conversation record. The fifth participant acts as the <strong>Timekeeper</strong> ensuring that all questions are covered in the allocated 10 minutes of the interview. After 10 minutes, everyone picks a different role card. The talkshow ‘revolves’ to the next VIP. So, after 60 minutes, everyone has been subjected to an in-depth interview and there is a record of every conversation.</p>

<li>Explain your visualisation to the group</li>

<li>Affectionate gossiping round: The other participants will now gossip for four minutes about your visual and try to identify key values from the basis of your boundary spanning. (This works best if you turn your back to the group to make you less ‘present’ for the others to lovingly gossip about you). </li>
