This competence focuses on how creative professionals can engage with complexity, respond to uncertainty, and participate in shaping futures that are regenerative rather than extractive. In this learning plan, regeneration is not an abstract goal. It becomes a concrete practice of responsibility, situated action, and ethical transformation.</p>
<p>Rather than separating thought and action, the plan invites learners to understand how systems of knowledge, power, and community are entangled. It brings attention to the role of the creative sector in imagining alternatives and making them possible—not by predicting what will come, but by participating in what could emerge.
