<p dir="ltr"><strong>Authors</strong><br />Érica Faleiro Rodrigues<br />and<br />Stella Carneiro </p>
<p dir="ltr">Érica Faleiro Rodrigues is a filmmaker, curator, and assistant professor in Film and Media Arts at Lusófona University. She is a leading writer in FilmEU’s Work Package 2 - Institutional and Staff Capacitation and Work Package 6 - Research and Innovation, having undertaken substantial research in this area and produced various open source reports under these two umbrellas. Previously, her work as a filmmaker granted her a Skillset Millennium Fellowship Award from the British government for a series of documentaries on the role of art in the life of refugees. She has also secured a grant to direct a feature documentary on Portuguese pioneer women filmmakers. The relationship between theory and practice is central to her academic work. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Stella Carneiro has a degree in Film and Communication from FAAP/São Paulo, an M.A in Screenwriting through the Erasmus programme Kino Eyes - The European Fiction Masters. She is currently a PhD student at FILMEU Universidade Lusófona, Portugal. Carneiro is a Brazilian film director, writer and visual artist from Recife, Pernambuco, who has worked on over thirty short-films, a few Brazilian features and television series for some of Brazil’s largest film production companies.</p>
